CONCRETHOME

The Concrethome technology consist of panels made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) plates linked to electro-welded meshes of high-resistance steel, all joined together with connectors that go through the plate in the right amount so all the panels fit smoothly.

Components

The elements of the Concrethome Technology presentation are mainly in the form of rectangular flat panel with measurements of 1.20 m. width and a height that can be customize according to  the client needs which can reach up to 4mt.

These panels can create an structural enclosure of any size because they can be easily cut and assemble limitless.

Engineering

The panels have a good bending pressure resistance especially in slabs and roofs. Our product has a thickness of 6cm on which the concrete should be pour to reach no more than 3cm and the conventional concrete layer has to have a minimum of 4cm thickness.

Insulation

The main quality of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is to transfer the thermal insulation capacity to the construction system, which implies comfort and a significant decrease in thermal installations by requiring less air equipment during its useful life and minimizing the time of use of said equipment.
